What Genre should we do?

So we're going to make a music video.
It's an exciting and new set of challenges from what we've previously come across.

But we were stuck for ideas of what genre to do.
Obviously there is a huge variety of different types of genres like: Pop, Rock, Folk, Country, RnB, Rap and Dubstep.


Rather than let personal tastes overtake the decision making i tried to consider the practicalities of each potential genre.

After analysing many different songs and videos from an enormous variety of artists we came to the decision that Pop, being the most popular, relevant for our age, ethnicity,  and the fact it is the genre most of us in the group are familiar with- it would be the best candidate.
